Access to and use of the website berensofware.com (the "Site") is subject to these Terms of Service. By continuing to browse, the user fully accepts these conditions.

The Site is an informational tool of Beren Software (the "Company"). Information published does not constitute a contractual offer or professional advice and does not replace specific evaluations by qualified technical staff.
2. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, trademarks, source code, logos, layouts, images) is the property of Beren Software or its respective owners and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification or use is prohibited.
The "VDI Agent" trademark and associated logo are the property of Beren Software.

The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties (e.g. vdiagent.ai, service providers). Beren Software accepts no responsibility for the content, practices or policies of such sites.

Beren Software provides the Site "as is", without express or implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy of content or absence of errors. Within the limits permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use the Site.

Beren Software reserves the right to modify the content, structure and functionality of the Site, and these Terms, at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Site indicating the date of the latest update.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute, except as provided by mandatory consumer protection law, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of Beren Software.
